What happens after I purchase?
If the deal is not yet activated with the minimum number of purchases, tell your friends to make sure it goes ahead. If it has, then sit back and relax until the deal ends. We will let you know when your coupon is ready to print.

Do I need a PayPal account to buy?
No. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you will be given the option to use your credit card. Look out for the option on the payments page. Bottom line is a PayPal account is not needed.

Are there any joining fees, hidden charges or commitments?
Not at all. We will clearly show you all the costs before you buy, and there are no further commitments.

What is our refund policy?
We aim to please. Refunds are made on a case by case basis. If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase and we will aim to resolve it. After this period, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Is this secure?
Yes, your credit card details are not stored with us at all. We use PayPal's secure payment gateway to handle all our transactions.
